There's no secret that I'm no social media growth guru.

I'm pretty good at writing emails and product pages that sell stuff on the internet, but content is a different skill and each platform has its own nuances.

I've gained over 2 million views from Instagram Reels, 2 million views on Threads, untold millions of views on Twitter/X, and 948,337 views on YouTube over the years...

But if you look at my accounts, you'd never be able to tell.

Between changing topics multiple times, unlisted or archived videos, and a couple profile restarts, my biggest account is X at 2.7k followed by YouTube at 2k.

While I am posting on YouTube here and there, my main focus is X right now.

And over the last 4 weeks, I've discovered just how much work I have to do to rebuild an account that would get hundreds of thousands of views per month along with daily sales.

Yeah, it's a lot.

The goal is 10k views a day, and here's how the last 4 weeks went:

Week 1:

Week 3:

• Replies: 43
• Views: 4,083

Week 4:

• Posts: 26

We're definitely headed in the right direction.

Based on the progress so far, a consistent 70k views a week inevitable if I ramp up the replies and build a network like I once had in the email marketing and copywriting space some years back.

Views alone don't pay the bills...

But views bring more traffic.

And traffic leads to readers and customers.

This is why I'm so focused on it right now.
