Now that I've been back to work for a couple weeks, life is busy especially with my wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 3 cats.

But I'm still able to build every day.

Here's how:

The biggest reason is I only have 3 main, non-negotiable tasks per day:

1. Send an email with a link to a product
2. Post content to grow my email list
3. Reply to comments on my posts

On a really busy day, I could do all of this in an hour or two max and be done, depending on how much content I want to post and how many comments I get to reply to.

On days where I have some more down time, I'll get out there in the community on X and Threads and leave some comments.

And now that I've decided to launch a new Skool, that does add a bit of new work...

But it still falls within tasks 2 and 3.

The reason I'm able to focus on these 3 main things is because...

I have systems in place to take care of most of the other processes.

My landing page sells the opt-in.

The thank you page sells the email confirmation.

The confirmation page hosts my newsletter partner recommendations engine (more on that in a future email).

The welcome email delivering The Email Biz Launch Kit is automated.

The Launch Kit promotes my ebook automatically.

The product and checkout page handles taking payments and delivering the product.

My post purchase email sequence offers support and now promotes my new Skool.

So much is happening without me lifting a finger.

Because of this, all I have to do is send an email, post content, and leave comments.
