Yesterday morning, I finally decided to get back on YouTube...

And the crowd went wild!

Just... not for my video.

I'm not surprised because it's been over 3 months since my last video and the topic has slightly changed.

Oh and the topic, title, and thumbnail were also just not that cool for the YouTube market.

Long story long, I did everything wrong and got the expected result.

Despite that, we're back at it again this morning.

Didn't even finish my first cup of black coffee and I'm shouting in my garage pointing at a whiteboard at 5:56am like an insane person.

Today's topic?

My super simple YouTube business plan.

I used this same framework 4 different times for 2 different reasons over the years and it worked out quite well.

Now it's time to run it again.
