Every email based business needs 4 things:

1. A landing page funnel
2. A monetization method
3. An email writing framework
4. A growth strategy

The cool part about this is you only have to set up the first two once, then you can focus on growing your list, sending emails, and serving customers.

For example, when I was running my fitness business, I set up an admittedly less-than-ideal landing page funnel, created a program and Micro Coaching offer, then got to work.

I sent daily emails, posted those emails on Medium as articles, and turned those emails into short videos.

I also posted irregular YouTube videos.

Even with a tiny list of just 68 readers, I was still able to sell programs, get clients from it, and get my clients great results.

And as I was reminded daily by the Instagram comment section, I wasn't even in all that great of shape and shouldn't be giving advice, despite losing 30 pounds and keeping it off for now 14 years.

But I was able to help people anyway.

Anyway...

My point is if you know how to solve a problem, then you can turn it into an email biz in your spare time.

And you don't need thousands of followers and readers to start making sales.
